Wine produced by Autochthonous Vines
The grapes with which we make Uma wine come from nine hectares of native vines:
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo: still red with an enveloping taste, perfect for pasta dishes with sauce, red meats and aged cheeses.
Pecorino d’Abruzzo: still white, balanced, to be combined with fish, shellfish, risotto, white meats and soft cheeses.
Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo: still rosé, excellent for an aperitif, with appetizers or fish, light first courses, soups, fries and roasted fish.
Organic cultivation allows us to preserve the authentic taste of the grapes, offering the perfect wine to pair with any course or to sip on a tasting path.
